Devant’s team members have earned their stripes, achieving ISO 9001 for quality management within their contract consultancy. Speaking about Devant’s certification, Tiffany Kemp, Founder and Managing Director, said: “This ISO accreditation demonstrates Devant’s commitment to providing our clients with consistency and continuity of service as a contract consultancy and training provider. The ISO 9001 standard gives us strong foundations to support future growth.”
Tiffany went on to say: “Our success with ISO 9001 comes from the clear processes we’ve developed over the years to support our structured approach to contract review, drafting and negotiation.”
To add to the celebrations, Devant has welcomed three new members to the team:
- Bruce Montgomery joins Devant as a Senior Consultant with twenty-five years commercial and contractual experience, gained in environments as diverse as retail, software, telecommunications, and thermal imaging. Outside of work, Bruce is a radio presenter, and occasionally treads the boards with his local theatre group.
- Sian Rogers’ appointment as Junior Consultant builds on her experience in the market research industry managing some of the largest FMCG and technology clients in the UK. Sian says “Having reviewed and negotiated contracts throughout my career I understand the commercial benefit that a well thought out contracting process can bring to achieving client goals of greater sales, marketing and brand performance.” Sian’s negotiation skills are regularly tested at home by her ‘terrible’ two year old who makes her watch ‘Paw Patrol’ on repeat!
- Rosie Hall joins Devant from John Lewis, where she perfected her customer service skills. As Tiffany’s Executive Assistant she provides a first point of contact for those considering Devant training, and ensures the office and events run smoothly. In her spare time, Rosie enjoys competing in 22 rifle shooting competitions and has now (after six years of hard practice) made the A-team!
